Shish Kebab

  1. Grind/mince together the meat, parsley, onions and garlic.
  2. Take generous spoonfuls of the mixture and shape into sausages.
  3. Thread onto flat metal skewers and broil/grill or put on the barbecue until they sizzle and beginn to brown. Turn and cook on the other side.
