  1. Worktime to prepair ca 15 - 20 minutes : ca 50  minutes in oven - maincourse- fisch
  1. Clean and descale the salmo,
  2. Stuff the parsley into the gullet. Butter some alominium foil and form a loose envelope round the fish, sealing both ends but leaving the top open for the moment.
  3. Dot the rest of the butter over the salmon, season and pour over the cider and thre cream
  4. Now seal the foil along the top, leaving only a small vent.


  5. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 C temperatur.


  6. When ready, take from the oven, remove the skin and reduce the sauce by boiling, stirring all the time. Servce with boiled new potatos and fresh garden peas.
